AI Scientist

Summary :

A growing neurotech organization in the Bay Area is seeking an Applied AI Scientist to develop advanced machine learning models for complex, high-dimensional data. This position focuses on designing and optimizing transformer architectures and other AI systems for real-time and large-scale applications.

Hybrid 3x / week

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and refine transformer-based and other ML models for sequence and signal data.
• Develop scalable pipelines for training, inference, and deployment.
• Evaluate emerging AI research and adapt relevant methods for internal use.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to integrate models into production systems.
• Maintain reproducible workflows with clear documentation and version control.
• Contribute to quality and process standards supporting robust ML development.
