Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of accounting and finance experience in the insurance sector, with a focus on life and health insurance.
• Deep understanding of insurance accounting principles, policies, and regulations, including GAAP and statutory standards.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of success in managing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and various accounting software applications.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
