Summary

The Associate Director, Foundation develops compelling content, campaigns, and messaging to engage donors, prospects, and the broader community. The position supports philanthropic initiatives through visually compelling design and multimedia storytelling. The Associate Director develops print and digital materials, manages creative projects, and produces engaging graphics and videos that bring campaigns and donor stories to life. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is required, along with experience in video editing and project management. The Associate Director collaborates with Foundation staff to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand materials that inspire donors, engage the community, and strengthen philanthropic impact.

Responsibilities

Develop compelling content, campaigns, and messaging to engage donors, prospects, and the community.

Create print and digital materials, graphics, and video content that bring campaigns and donor stories to life.

Manage creative projects, ensuring on‑brand, high‑quality deliverables.

Collaborate with Foundation staff to strengthen philanthropic impact and donor engagement.

Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software to produce engaging multimedia storytelling.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Minimum of three (3) years in event planning, fundraising, communications, or related experience, with 1 year of professional experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft products.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, confidentiality, and public speaking skills.

Own transportation for event travel.

Preferred Requirements

Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.

Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).

Salary Range

Minimum $30.19 / hour – Maximum $48.30 / hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
