Facility Security Officer and Office Manager
We're more than aviation experts, we're pioneers. We challenge what's possible. From breaking the sound barrier to advanced tiltrotor systems. Today, Bell is shaping the future of aviation through specialized engineering. And we want you. This position is onsite in Huntsville, AL.
The Huntsville office is a critical center of operations for Bell. We interact daily with the Portfolio Acquisition Executive Maneuver Air, U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, and Army Material Command. We serve as a conduit for the various Bell Program Managers and U.S. Army Aviation Project Managers. This role is integral in facilitating multiple meetings between Bell and our customers. The Facility Manager's purview extends from fostering intra-office communication and optimizing administrative processes to maintaining inventory control, coordinating with office staff, and delegating tasks. Assist HR in employee onboarding and offboarding, procurement of office supplies and program support items, facilitation of facility and IT maintenance requests, coordination of records management, and the oversight of environmental health and safety initiatives. This role actively contributes to efficient departmental operations and administrative endeavors, independently devising solutions to address challenges. You'll be able to hone your technical abilities on establishing security procedures and management of the National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM) requirements for the Huntsville Office. Serving alongside the co-located Huntsville SMO, you both will liaise with the US Government and Bell Global Security.
