About Our Compliance Benefits Team
The Compliance Benefits team is responsible for the drafting of ERISA Plan Documents for client’s Employee Health & Welfare Benefit Plans utilizing writing, analytical, organizational and administrative skills with a working knowledge of state and federal regulations to ensure that all contract functions of the Corporate Compliance Department related to clients’ Employee Health & Welfare Plans are performed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
What you’ll do
This detail-oriented and proactive team facilitates development, maintenance and updates of all legally / required benefit plan documents for clients Employee Health & Welfare Plans (“Plans”), including medical, dental, health reimbursement accounts and medical care and dependent care reimbursement accounts. The contributions of the Compliance Benefits team help HPI reach new heights, ensuring that every client is onboarded with clear expectations and in full compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.
