Leverage technology for project management, progress reporting, and efficiency tracking. Serve as the executive sponsor for high-profile rooftop and plaza deck projects . Build strong partnerships with architects, developers, and commercial property owners . Represent the division at trade shows, industry associations, and design / build networks . Full P&L responsibility for the paver division. Manage budgets, margins, resource allocation, and backlog. Monitor performance and implement cost-control measures to drive profitability. Recruit, mentor, and develop project managers, estimators, and installation crews . Promote a culture of safety, craftsmanship, and collaboration . Partner with HR on certifications, training, and leadership development. 10+ years of leadership in pedestal pavers, hardscape systems, or exterior building envelope trades. Proven success in managing and scaling specialty construction divisions. Strong technical knowledge of pedestal paver systems, structural decks, waterproofing assemblies, and architectural finishes . Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects with direct P&L accountability . Excellent client relationship skills with developers, architects, and GCs. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. Competitive executive salary + performance bonus tied to division growth. About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Paver Operations to lead our pedestal paver division , which specializes in rooftop and plaza deck systems integrated with waterproofing assemblies. This executive-level role will oversee the strategy, growth, and execution of complex projects involving pedestal pavers, elevated decks, rooftop amenity spaces, terraces, structural waterproofing systems, and commercial hardscapes .
This division plays a critical role in our service portfolio, complementing roofing and waterproofing with advanced architectural finishes. The Director will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard of quality — while building the most respected pedestal paver operation in Florida.
