Are you a people-focused student interested in building a career in Human Resources? Fishbeck is offering a hands-on internship where you'll gain real-world experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations-all while working alongside a supportive and experienced team.

What You'll Work On

  • Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications.
  • Support onboarding activities and new hire documentation.
  • Help maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Contribute to HR reporting and compliance projects.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and HR professionals on various initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Comfortable working in a team and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
