The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for timely and accurate review and payment of vendor invoices and employee expense reports.  The Specialist will also assist the Accounts Payable team in providing best in class support to attorneys and staff across the firm.

Job Responsibilities

• Review employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance with expense policy and ensure timely reimbursement.
• Review of invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform ad hoc A / P research and analysis.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries.
• Manage vendor and employee reimbursement payment schedules.
• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up with vendors.
• Assist with month end close, financial reporting, and audits.
• Process upload files and resolve errors.
• Collaborate on cross functional projects, working closely with various departments to drive business initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED.  An undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or related field is preferred.

Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance with applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $62,700-$82,400. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. The salary for this position may vary based on location, market data, an applicant’s skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
