Job Summary

This position is responsible for supporting the divisions technology needs by researching, assisting, and participating in the strategy and technology delivery across the division and the enterprise; serving in a consultative oversight, solution development and tracking of tactics and programs; interacting with all levels of management and staff, including senior management; keeping senior leaders up to date and engaged on the process. May require occasional travel including overnight stays. Uat & production verification may occasionally require working nights and / or weekends.

Required Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree and 4 years of experience consulting, business analysis, or project management role OR 7 years of experience in a healthcare, consulting, business analysis, or project management role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of communications tools, strategies and implementation process.
• Experience analyzing problems, providing recommendations for improvement, and assisting in so.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role : 3 days in office; 2 days remote

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$60,300.00 - $133,400.00
