      We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team! As an Office Clerk, you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle customer questions. You will also be filing paperwork, managing basic accounts receivable and accounts payable, and tracking service orders. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills.

      Responsibilities

    • Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
    • Process incoming paperwork, generate invoices and receive bills
    • Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places
    • Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
    • Qualifications

    • Great customer service skills
    • Strong communication Skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online
