Responsibilities include finance and accounting activities in the areas of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, budget, cash management, fixed assets administration and cost accounting. Performs month-end closings and develops financial statements.
Requirements :
- Manage cash flow and disbursements of company checks and funds
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable
- Maintain trial balance of all accounts
- Perform month-end closings, which includes financial statements
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Ensures that all taxes are paid and reporting is done in a timely manner
- Provides CPA with information for quarterly and yearly review activities.
- Works closely with upper management team in capital planning projects.
- Works closely with upper management team in cost accounting duties.
- Maintains equipment / asset files and depreciation schedules.
- Other duties as assigned
