Requires current, valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctor (BCBA-D) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Requires at least 3 years of professional experience in ABA, including experience with supervising others
Requires the ability to travel in the performance of job duties
Requires the ability to pass a background check
Requires strong interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues, staff, family members, other professionals, and persons supported
RESPONSIBILITIES
The BCBA will serve as a senior clinician providing high quality ABA services to help individuals with developmental disabilities achieve clinical goals.
The BCBA will complete assessments, develop written reports and updates, and complete graphical analyses within designated timelines.
The BCBA will implement behavior treatment plans (BSPs) through direct intervention and supervision of support staff.
The BCBA will ensure effective and timely implementation of treatment plans
The BCBA will provide supervision of RBTs as outlined in BACB supervision requirements and will maintain accurate documentation of all supervision provided
The BCBA will collaborate with caregivers and other service professionals in order to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
The BCBA will attend all relevant meetings for individuals on the caseload.
The BCBA will provide essential ABA training to staff, caregivers, and families.
The BCBA will report to the Director of Behavior Services and will perform other duties as requested or assigned.
