As an Associate Infrastructure Engineer , you’ll support our Infrastructure and Platform teams by assisting with the deployment, operation, and basic automation of our private cloud. This entry‑to‑mid‑level role is ideal for someone with foundational Linux and scripting skills, eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

This role will require you to be onsite two to three days a week in our Minneapolis office.

Your Impact

• Assist in provisioning and maintaining OpenStack instances under the supervision of more senior engineers
• Help manage infrastructure as code—contribute to Terraform configurations and Ansible playbooks
• Perform routine checks, patching, and updates to ensure system health and compliance
• Help troubleshoot infrastructure issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and document solutions
• Contribute to documentation of processes, runbooks, and configuration standards
• Participate in on‑call rotations and support deployments or incident resolution as needed
• Shadow and learn from P3 / P4 / P5 engineers to develop a deeper understanding of the platform

Base Salary Range :

$100,000 - $144,000 USD
