Position Summary
This position provides a broad range of administrative support to the Vice President of Enrollment Management, including the offices ofEnrollment Marketing and Communications, as well as Dual Credit and Collegiate Partnerships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage calendar and schedule internal and external meetings for the Vice President as needed.
- Maintain an organized system for Enrollment Management contracts and legal documents.
- Monitor and maintain division budgets and expense reports as directed, reallocating budget funds and transferring expenses as required. Process the purchase card expenses monthly.
- Compose and / or edit correspondence, printed collateral, and presentations.
- Management division.
- Provide administrative support to the Vice President and division management team as directed.
- Timely entry of time onboarding with all University departments for new hires in the division.
- Arrange travel plans / itineraries, catering, and meeting setups, as required for a broad range of division events and functions.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned by the Vice President of Enrollment Management.
Education, Certifications and / or Licenses A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is highly preferred
Experience Minimum of three (3) years’ experience providing multi-level administrative support to an executive or other relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
High proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Adobe Creative Suite skills are a plus.Basic accounting and budget analysis skills.Familiarity with web-based CMS.Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proofreading and editing skillsStrong organizational skills; detail-oriented.Strong interpersonal skills that demonstrate the ability to deal effectively, fairly, and hospitably with a broad range of constituencies both within and outside the University community.Ability to prioritize daily workload while meeting deadlines for multiple tasks.
