Operations Manager

Summary :

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing a moderate sized team of non-exempt and exempt direct reports, including at least one supervisor and overseeing the day-to-day operations and financial performance of one to two primary locations, with additional oversight responsibilities for one to two more locations within the region.

Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling, billing, and medical records management.
• Oversee people management responsibilities, including hiring, firing, performance evaluations, and rewards.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, including revenue, expenses, and accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical staff to implement quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care outcomes.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to patient satisfaction, appointment wait times, and clinical outcomes.
• Assist the Regional Manager with operational, HR, and quality functions across the region.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Education and Experience

1. Education : Associates degree required. In lieu of an Associate's degree, minimum five years of experience in healthcare leadership is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

2. Licensure : N / A

3. Certification : Certificate in Healthcare Management required within 2 years of the role.

4. Years of relevant experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare leadership, managing multiple healthcare facilities, sites, or programs required.
