Overview :
Seeking a polished and experienced Treasury Service Advisor to deliver premium "white glove" support to platinum commercial clients within a leading banking enterprise.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, responding to inquiries via email (90%) and phone (10%).
Resolve client requests using multiple banking systems (2-3 screens simultaneously).
Provide expert guidance on treasury products, services, and client solutions.
Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on satisfaction and proactive service.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Requirements :
5+ years of customer service experience in an enterprise banking environment.
Proven background as a Service Advisor or in a similar client-facing role.
Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
Steady work history (no job hoppers).
Motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable under pressure.
Preferred :
Bank Teller training (Teller School 101).
