Converting Lead Person Policy

PURPOSE

shift to assist the supervisors. All lead person assignments are determined at the discretion of the leadership team at Arlington.

Note : The purpose of the lead person position is for future growth of plant leadership positions. If a lead person turns down future leadership role's after receiving training and development in the position, it will be the leadership team's discretion on whether the employee will remain in that position.
