Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling products or services with existing clients, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships to drive sales growth. Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is also responsible for managing onboarding for large or multi-site accounts, monitors the first three months of invoices for accuracy, and ensures smooth transition to Account Management.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various methods, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Sales Presentations : Present product information, features, and benefits to potential customers, effectively communicating the value proposition.
• Sales Process Management : Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Market Awareness : Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to inform sales strategies and customer interactions.
