A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer. Key Responsibilities Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance for ProjectWise Product functionality / features Assist users by identifying and resolving issues or escalating them appropriately Document software problem defects and maintain accurate notes on user support requests Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in technical support with global user interaction Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields Experience or knowledge with ProjectWise product suites or similar document management systems Experience with relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle Experience with the Windows Operating System for administration and debugging
