Robert Half is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the healthcare industry. Our client, a reputable healthcare organization located in Sacramento, CA, is looking for a talented individual to join their finance team and contribute to efficient and accurate payment processing.

Responsibilities include :

• Process high-volume invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentation.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status.
• Assist with preparation of accounts payable reports, statements, and analyses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts payable.
• Participate in month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure a seamless accounts payable workflow.
