Job Details

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Handle a variety of general liability cases independently, from initial pleadings through resolution.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and other court-related proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, discovery demands and responses, motions, and appellate briefs.
• Provide timely case updates and practical recommendations to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with colleagues on strategy and contribute to firm-wide practice development initiatives.
