Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst esponsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and support of the PeopleSoft Supply Chain, Warehouse Management Systems such as SCALE (Manhattan), and / or any other Distribution / Logistics Software implementation and modules by executing support in the Company's Software Systems Development Life Cycle to ensure the quality and suitability of system implementations and modifications

Shift : 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm

Pay Rate : $42.00 / hr

Position Responsibilities :

• Responsible for reporting over Scale WMS to help provide operations team visibility to resolve issues to ensure 100% daily delivery.
• Develop key KPIs for the company distribution teams using Power BI over Scale WMS and PeopleSoft / Oracle.
• Investigate Scale WMS and ERP for system improvements and daily investigation of issues. Root cause analysis to resolve issues permanently.
• Work with users and user groups to determine and analyze business requirements and write detailed functional specification documents based on those needs.
• Promote business process standardization throughout the company while recommending cost-effective business solutions.
• Coordinate efforts with IS staff to ensure compatibility of system solutions across PeopleSoft and Supply Chain / Distribution / Logistics modules.
• Partner with technical developers to provide solutions to support business processes.
• Perform application testing (including the creation of test plans, scenarios, and scripts) to assure the quality of newly created functions, assigned applications, and processes.
• Conduct testing of newly created functions and help train key users on the new functionality.
• Propose, implement, and track metrics to assess the success of assigned modules.
• Provide functional and operational support and serve as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft Supply Chain and Distribution / Logistic modules and ERPs, WMS, modules.
• Develop and provide training to The company employees that enable them to take ownership of The company's PeopleSoft Supply Chain, Warehouse Management Systems, and any other Distribution / Logistics systems that The company Distribution team uses.
