Why This Role Rocks Reporting to the Head of Privacy & Regulatory Affairs , youll be part of the team that keeps Megaport connected and compliant with telecommunications regulations around the world. This role is a great fit for a paralegal or compliance professional looking to grow their career in a fast-moving, global tech company. Youll work closely with our Regulatory Compliance Officer to stay on top of telecoms obligations and support Megaports continued expansion.

What Youll Be Owning

• Support the Regulatory Compliance Officer in running Megaports telecommunications compliance program and keeping us on track globally.
• Research and document regulatory requirements for new markets and services to help drive Megaports global expansion.
• Prepare and coordinate licence applications, renewals, and amendments, and keep records of obligations, deadlines, and correspondence up to date.
• Draft and submit reports to telecommunications regulators (including revenue, operational, or incident reports).
• Stay across developments in telecommunications and critical infrastructure regulation, and share key updates with the team.
• Work with Legal, Engineering, and Commercial teams to gather information and support compliance initiatives.
• Provide coordination and admin support to the Head of Privacy & Regulatory Affairs and the Regulatory Compliance Officer.
