Job Description
As an Electrical Engineer, you will design school bus electrical systems using advanced electrical engineering principles. Your role includes developing 3D models, installation drawings, schematics, and Bills of Materials. You will also research the latest developments in the vehicle industry and apply innovative solutions to create cost-effective alternatives to current production systems. You will provide support for production, warranty reduction, and field service corrective actions, ensuring your solutions are reliable and serviceable. Building strong internal relationships with Manufacturing, Field Service, Quality, Purchasing, and other departments is essential. You will collaborate with Test Group personnel to prototype new systems, perform development testing, and apply test results to new designs. It is crucial to ensure projects are cost-effective, functional, friendly to downstream departments, and compliant with all applicable regulations. Effective communication with design teams and other departments is vital.

Pay Rate : $35–$50 / hour
Estimated Annual Compensation : $72,800–$104,000 (based on 40 hrs / week)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00 / hr.
