Job Description :

• The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients who come in as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
• The Entry PSR I assists with patient care by greeting them upon arrival and answering any questions or concerns with care and compassion. This role also helps maintain the integrity of the waiting area and assists during breaks when other Phlebotomists are unavailable.
• The individual will be trained on Phlebotomy skills to grow within the company.
• The Entry PSR I has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures safely and accurately.
• The PSR I demonstrates excellence in customer care while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
• The individual plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the lobby and ensuring that all patients receive exceptional service.
