Omnichannel Sales & Engagement Representative

Under direct supervision, provides sales and customer service activities primarily related to Omnichannel Sales & Engagement. Mainly engages peer team members and end-user clients (Contractor or Homeowner) through online and phone communication to establish project qualification, budget, and timelines, in addition to engaging client accounts at the beginning and re-engagement phases of the account lifecycle.
This position is accountable to service level agreement goals through reaction times to inbound traffic and pricing / quoting / transacting inbound traffic orders to drive Omnichannel sales. Enhancing customer engagement with the organization, brand, and selling platforms is at the heart of all job responsibilities and functions. This position requires fluent computer and phone operating skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and six (6) months sales-related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

In addition to the base wage listed, this position is further eligible to receive commission compensation for earned commissions related to sales of eligible Company products and / or services subject to changes in plan design and documents and in accordance with applicable law. Commissions are based on a percentage of the transactions sold and subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Commission Agreement.
