About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Integrated Supply Chain to define and implement the global manufacturing and supply chain strategy for its business segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple sites in North America and Europe, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and driving continuous improvement in productivity, quality, delivery, safety, and working capital. This role requires the development of a high-performing team, the establishment of a strong Lean and Operational Excellence culture, and the execution of a comprehensive manufacturing footprint plan that supports the company's growth strategy.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or business, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years of experience in global manufacturing and supply chain, including at least five years in a management role. A background in a complex product environment with diverse sales channels is essential, as is a solid foundation in planning, sourcing, and materials management. The role also demands experience in leading transformation and consolidation projects, as well as a proven track record in applying Lean and integrated supply chain principles. The Vice President will work closely with cross-functional teams, including innovation and new product engineering, to ensure the successful launch of new products and the development of efficient supply chain strategies.
