Salary $95,000–$115,000 + Quarterly Incentives + Benefits. Individual pay varies by location, experience, and role.

Setting : Outpatient Orthopedic

Schedule : Monday–Friday

Highline Physical Therapy seeks a Physical Therapist Clinic Director for our Federal Way clinic. You'll provide patient care, lead and mentor a team, and foster a culture of excellence. We're looking for strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to empowering clinicians.

Position Summary :

Lead and mentor staff, monitor clinic performance, oversee operations, provide outpatient PT care, create individualized plans, collaborate with colleagues, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications :

2+ years PT experience, 1+ years leadership / management preferred

Outpatient PT and team leadership experience preferred

Graduation from APTA-accredited PT program

Current state PT license
