Director of eCommerce and Web

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re hiring a Director of eCommerce and Web for a fully remote, full-time direct hire opportunity with a leading pest control and hygiene & well-being company.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with senior marketing and business line stakeholders to develop and execute strategic direction for the websites across multiple brands. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize digital experiences that drive growth and engagement across both B2B and B2C audiences.

Director of eCommerce and Web Responsibilities :

Develops strategic and tactical business plans that support the eCommerce and web strategy across the organization.

Apply UI / UX best practices across websites, landing pages, digital assets, etc., based on quantitative and qualitative insights.

Ensure successful optimization of both B2B and B2C efforts by working with multiple leaders across various lines of business.

Director of eCommerce and Web Qualifications :

10+ years of web / eCommerce experience.

3–5 years of marketing management experience.

Agency experience.

Bachelor’s degree in a related area, BA or BS.

Master’s degree (preferred).
