Were seeking a highly responsible high-energy Warehouse Distribution Specialist to oversee the core operations of our distribution center. This role involves managing the daily picking packing and inventory control processes while leading a team of temporary associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management : Manage train and supervise a team of 15 temporary workers to ensure accurate and timely completion of the picking and packing processes.
• Operational Efficiency : Monitor workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity ensuring all procedures are followed correctly.
• Troubleshooting : Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting operational issues (e.g. system errors process bottlenecks) and resolving them quickly to maintain workflow.
• Inventory Control : Perform regular and accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to maintain inventory integrity.
• Process Improvement : Identify and suggest ways to improve warehouse processes demonstrating an efficiency-minded approach.
