Achieve Targets : Meet and exceed daily and weekly user acquisition goals. Proven background in direct sales, preferably in retail. Availability to work a Thursday through Monday schedule, including weekends. Willingness to travel within the market (up to 90%). Comfortable demonstrating and troubleshooting smart cart features. Familiar with collaboration tools like Slack and Google Suite. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Curious and solution-oriented, with a focus on understanding customer needs.

Apex Systems is hiring for an exciting Field Sales Representative opportunity based in Burtonsville, MD, where you'd be at the forefront of transforming the grocery shopping experience.

Title : Field Sales Representative
Contract Length : 3 months with potential to extend
Pay : $24-26 / hour dependent upon experience
Shift Schedule : Thursday-Monday, 10 AM6 PM or 11 AM7 PM
Location : Sprouts | Various store locations in Baltimore (7 stores total)
