Job Description

• Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing communications and ensuring satisfaction.
• Issue Resolution : Deal with minor customer issues, coordinating with internal teams to provide timely solutions and raising major issues to key members of the team.
• Customer Communication : Regularly update clients on the status of their shipments, ensuring transparency and timely information flow through email, phone, and online meetings.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
• Proactive Problem Solving : Anticipate and address potential problems in the supply chain, offering solutions that align with client expectations and company policies.
