Solutions Engineer

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer who is technically knowledgeable about data pipelines, databases, third-party integrations, and complex implementations. Key Responsibilities Lead customers through the implementation of complex integrations, including financial, billing, and CRM platforms Collaborate with customer experience teams to ensure successful onboarding, configuration, and optimization of the platform Work closely with product engineers to build, maintain, and troubleshoot data pipelines and API-based integrations Qualifications Proficiency with APIs (REST, GraphQL) and scripting in Python; SQL expertise required Proven experience integrating with financial, billing, and / or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Stripe) Strong understanding of technical implementation processes and complex data integrations Demonstrated ability to translate customer requirements into successful proofs-of-concept and solutions 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integrations Developer, or Technical Account Manager
