Environmental Services Dispatch

This position is central to the overall flow of the department of environmental services, and functions in a dispatch capacity. Provides clerical support while interacting with all levels within the organization. Serves as a departmental service ambassador by acknowledging, greeting and assisting staff, customers and vendors to access services in a manner that consistently delivers exceptional customer service. Estimated pay range for this position is $17.02 - $20.59 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications : Degrees :

  • High School or GED

Additional Qualifications :

  • Experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Intermediate computer skills preferred.
  • Has the ability to proficiently work with Microsoft Office Suite Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Can type at least 25 wpm.
  • Has the ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment with strong customer service skills.

    • Minimum Required Experience : 1 Year
