Qualifications
Purpose & Scope :
Assists with management of all employment aspects of the Human Resources Office. Assures compliance with all Personnel Policies and Federal and State regulations pertaining to Personnel Administration.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, business, or equivalent experience is preferred.
Experience :
Four years of experience in the healthcare field is required.
Certification / Licensure :
None.
