About the Role

As a Technology Business Systems Consultant, you will support initiatives of low to moderate complexity within the Technology Business Systems Consulting team. You’ll help identify opportunities for process improvement, analyze business challenges, and contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, collaboration, and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in initiatives focused on process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Analyze and evaluate business systems challenges related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
• Present recommendations to resolve moderately complex issues.
• Develop a working knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide consultative support to internal clients within Technology Business Systems Consulting.
• Lead or contribute to documentation strategy, publication guidelines, and procedural audits.
• Review and edit technical content authored by others for clarity and consistency.
• Design and develop technical artifacts, job aids, and training materials for Windows and Mac OS environments.
• Conduct quality control assessments and recommend improvements.
• Identify process gaps and propose alternative solutions aligned with best practices.
• Serve as a team lead or escalation point for documentation and consulting issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve project goals.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess audience needs and develop tailored documentation strategies.
