We are seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Financial Services team in New York. This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you will manage both candidate sourcing and client development.

Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding candidates.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the New York area.

Conduct interviews and assess candidates to match them with suitable roles.

Provide expert advice on hiring strategies and market trends in the Business Services industry.

Negotiate job offers and manage the hiring process for clients and candidates.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals and targets.

Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

2+ years of experience in a sales, recruitment, or financial services environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Competitive salary range between $70000 and $95000 USD + uncapped potential earnings.
