Please note this role will be hybrid 3x a week in our Plano, TX office.

Overview

You’ll lay the groundwork and contribute to day-to-day reporting needs for client marketing efforts. You’ll work on brand campaigns, acquisition campaigns, and / or online testing strategy

Keep a pulse on day-to-day performance data, including display media, search, and / or social campaigns

Work in a variety of reporting systems and databases for the creation of recurring reports and dashboards

Identifying nuances in data to optimize our clients’ business

Support marketing initiatives across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting

Analyze data to tell a performance story that can be easily communicated to senior leadership

Responsibilities

Qualifications

1-3 years of work experience in a relevant industry

Passion for digital marketing, eagerness to learn in a constantly-changing space, and a natural curiosity

Familiarity with Excel and / or other data analysis tools such as SQL, Looker, or Tableau a plus

Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

A tenacity to solve problems, find solutions and seek out the unknown

At ease in front of the client, as in-person presentations and meeting are vital in this role

Compensation Range : $54,910 - $75,915. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
