This position would be a three to six month temporary position, and core responsibilities include sorting, labeling, tracking, and reconciling pension files that have been archived and / or scanned to ensure our pension census is accurate and we are properly valuing our pension liability. The candidate should be experienced enough to require little oversight by management. Essential Job Functions Perform reconciliations, including researching variances, resolving issues, and maintaining detailed notes regarding digitized files Review and inventory boxes of pension files Perform a variety of clerical functions, including data entry, labeling and scanning files, and photocopying documents Maintain and update file tracking logs Coordinate with Document Management teams, external actuary, and other stakeholders Knowledge, Skills and Abilities A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college education is valued Pension experience a plus, but not required Strong organizational analytical skills Ability to work independently Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Basic Microsoft Excel skills required Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others Exceptional attention to detail Confidentiality in handling sensitive information Requirements : it may be a 3-6 month assignment Must be on-site Flexible on time but would prefer 8 – 4 or 9 – 5
