Job Title : Registered Nurse

Oasis Charting experience
Home Health experience (2 years required)
Virginia License or compact license

Job Description :

Provide in-home visits for qualifying clients, utilizing a multi-team member approach.

See 30 points in a week or 6 points a day and complete documentation on the same day.

Work every third weekend as part of the weekend rotation.

Handle a variety of duties including wound management, central lines, PICC, lab draws, and CP assessment.

Educate patients on Chronic Disease Management, including COPD, CHF, DM, and Pneumonia.

Participate in a 16-hour orientation.

Floating may be requested based on facility needs.

Must have HH experience and OASIS E experience.

Be prepared for manager interviews with at least one supervisory reference.

Maintain flexibility with time-off requests.

Note : COVID-19 vaccine is not required, and flu vaccine status is unknown.
