Job Title : Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to support our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, and the ability to process invoices accurately and efficiently, and Microsoft Office experience. Key Responsibilities : -Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals-Match purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices-Enter invoices into the accounting system in a timely manner-Prepare invoices for check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers-Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies-Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable files and records-Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and promptly-Perform other related accounting and administrative duties as needed
