Operate multi-line telephone systems - Answering incoming calls, routing as needed
Handling incoming / outgoing deliveries
Receive visiting clients, appointments, guest, or other staff members Monitor Office and Lunch room supplies as nee3ded Preform assigned office responsibilities, not only for the Admin department bur for other offices as needed Assist the Head of Administration in coordinating office events and projects Prepares daily reports as assigned by Administration. Act as back-up to other staff members within the Administration Department, where possible. Provide direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework
