Position Overview :

HumanEdge Health is seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week outpatient assignment in Bremerton, WA. This role focuses on treating a general outpatient orthopedic patient population in a collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities :

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs

Provide care to a general outpatient orthopedic caseload

Manage a schedule of 12–14 patients per day , with follow-up visit double-booking expected

Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes

Accurately document all care in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards

Qualifications :

Minimum of 1–2 years of physical therapy experience; outpatient experience preferred

New Grads will not be accepted

First-time travelers accepted

Active Washington PT license (or eligibility)

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical skills

Assignment Details :

Shift Type : 8-hour Days

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours / week, with expectation of up to 40 hours

Duration : 13 weeks
