Job Details : Landscape Architect

This role involves designing a variety of projects, including mixed-use developments, residential and commercial properties, schools, churches, hospitals, parks, and athletic facilities. The ideal candidate will bring creative problem-solving skills and technical expertise to support projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

Develop site analysis, concepts, 3D models, and renderings.

Assist in preparing construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates.

Research site conditions and provide assessments.

Perform construction inspections for design adherence.

Collaborate with clients, engineers, and architects.

Create visual presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Landscape Architecture.

0-5+ years of experience in landscape architecture.

PLA license in Kansas preferred or in progress.

Strong design and sketching skills.

Proficiency in grading design and sustainable practices.

Experience with AutoCAD, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.

Knowledge of advanced rendering software is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
