Position Summary :

Were looking for a CNC Turret Operator to join our precision metal fabrication team on second shift . This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC turret punch presses (Amada or similar) to produce high-quality sheet metal components. If youre motivated detail-oriented and take pride in turning flat sheet into precision parts youll fit right in.

Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate CNC turret punch presses according to production schedules and part specifications.
• Load and unload sheet metal ensuring proper alignment and material handling.
• Interpret blueprints drawings and job travelers.
• Verify part dimensions and quality using precision measuring tools (calipers micrometers gauges).
• Make machine adjustments and tool changes as required.
• Inspect first-piece and in-process parts to maintain tight tolerances.
• Perform basic maintenance and keep machines clean and in good working order.
• Communicate issues or improvement ideas to the production supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
• machine operation for proper forming and quality control.
• Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
