A company is looking for a Customer and Technical Support Consultant - Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
Instruct customers on the use of in-house diagnostic analyzers
Coordinate and assist with equipment installations and troubleshoot technical problems
Resolve customer inquiries through various methods of communication
Required Qualifications and Education
Fluency in both French and English
Experience in a technically related field, veterinary practice, or contact center environment
Strong computer and technical skills with the ability to learn applicable software and hardware
Prior phone experience is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
