What You’ll Do (Your Mission)

As our PeopleSoft Programmer / Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of designing and improving systems that make a real difference. You will :

Lead projects from idea to execution — prioritize, monitor progress, resolve issues, and deliver results.

Meet with clients to understand their needs, document requirements, and create system / program specifications.

Develop, test, and maintain programs to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide hands-on client support through process analysis, training, and reporting.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Document systems, procedures, and updates so future you (and the team!) can say “thank you.”

What We’re Looking For (Your Superpowers)

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

At least 3 years of experience as a programmer or systems analyst.

Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft and related technologies.

Ability to juggle multiple projects, think critically, and deliver practical solutions.

A collaborative spirit — you enjoy working with clients and teammates to create win-win outcomes.

Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
