CBHI Therapeutic Training Specialist (TT&S)

Latino Counseling Center, a growing family of bi-lingual caregivers, has been serving the English and Spanish-speaking communities since 2018. Position Overview : The CBHI Therapeutic Training and Support (TT&S) Specialist at Latino Counseling Center provides therapeutic support and training to children and families within the CBHI framework. This role includes implementing individualized behavior plans, providing skills training, and supporting the development of coping strategies. The TT&S Specialist collaborates with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care and effective service delivery.

Responsibilities :

• Provide therapeutic training and support to children and families.
• Collaborate with clinicians to implement treatment plans.
• Conduct skill-building activities and interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Participate in team meetings and case reviews.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and families.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
• Must have an active drivers license.
