Graphic Designer
We're hiring a Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across digital channels, product marketing, and internal assets. This is a high-impact, creative-first role where you'll collaborate across the marketing, product, and leadership teams to shape how the world sees and experiences Pump.
Responsibilities :
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for web, email, social, events, and sales enablement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership
- Own and evolve Pump's brand systemensuring visual consistency across all public touchpoints
- Create custom graphics, illustrations, infographics, and occasionally motion / animated assets
- Contribute to design strategy, campaign brainstorming, and creative ideation sessions
- Support presentation design for executive and investor communications
Qualifications :
35 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a B2B SaaS or fast-paced startup environmentStrong portfolio demonstrating creative range across digital and brandProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design toolsStrong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skillsExcellent collaboration and communicationcomfortable working across teamsAbility to work in a fast-moving, feedback-driven environmentBonus : experience in motion graphics, short-form video editing, or illustrationBenefits (for U.S.-based full-time employees)
