Key Responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist :

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders

Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy interventions

Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team

Educate patients and families on communication strategies and therapy techniques

Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of Speech Language Pathology experience

Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Massachusetts
